These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and takaba ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the takaba website at takaba.club and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, Keno, and entertainment products.

By completing the registration process, accessing your account, depositing funds, placing any wager, or otherwise using any feature of the takaba platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the takaba platform.

These Terms are supplemented by the following additional policies, each of which is incorporated herein by reference and forms part of the overall agreement between you and takaba:

• Any promotional terms attached to specific offers or competitions

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary policy, these Terms shall take precedence unless the supplementary policy explicitly states otherwise.

Access to and use of the takaba platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. takaba operates a strict 18+ policy. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close accounts where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
• Jurisdiction: You must access takaba from a jurisdiction in which online betting and gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of the platform is lawful in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Individuals who are legally incapacitated, acting under guardianship, or otherwise restricted from entering contractual agreements are not eligible to register.
• Not a Problem Gambler: You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme that would prohibit you from accessing gambling services at the time of registration.
• Not an Employee: Employees, contractors, consultants, or agents of takaba, or immediate family members of any of the foregoing, are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in promotional offers.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

One Account Per Player: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one takaba account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Any duplicate accounts detected will be closed, and balances across all associated accounts may be forfeited at takaba's sole discretion.

As a registered player on the takaba platform, you accept the following ongoing obligations with respect to your account:

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, permit any other person to access your account, or use any other player's account. takaba will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Immediate Notification: If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify the takaba support team via live chat immediately. Failure to do so in a timely manner may limit the remedies available to you.

Account Accuracy: You must promptly update your account information if any of your personal details change. takaba cannot be held responsible for failed communications, unprocessed withdrawals, or service interruptions resulting from outdated account information.

Prohibited Uses: Your account must not be used for any of the following purposes:

• Money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Abusing bonus offers or promotions in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose (commonly referred to as "bonus abuse")
• Accessing the platform on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any third party

Dormant Accounts: An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. takaba reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts, deducted from any remaining balance, provided that advance notice has been given to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the dormancy period without further notice.

All financial transactions on the takaba platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on your account.

Accepted Payment Methods: takaba currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. takaba will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of any changes to supported payment methods.

Deposit Terms:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 per transaction
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your takaba wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider
• Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 30 minutes to reflect in your account balance
• takaba does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which takaba accepts no responsibility
• All deposited funds must be used for wagering on the takaba platform. Deposits that are withdrawn without sufficient wagering activity may be subject to review

Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000 per transaction
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Required documents include a valid NID or passport
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of request approval, subject to verification status
• takaba reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that are unusually large or otherwise flagged by our fraud prevention systems

Currency: All account balances, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and transaction records are displayed and settled exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied on the takaba platform.

takaba offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific terms accompanying the relevant offer.

Eligibility: Bonuses are available exclusively to verified players who meet the specific eligibility criteria of each offer. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are intended for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds and free spins winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual offer terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus amount and any associated winnings.

Bonus Validity: Each bonus carries an expiry date or validity period. Bonus funds not used within the stated period will be automatically removed from your account. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

Bonus Abuse: takaba actively monitors bonus activity. Patterns of play that suggest systematic exploitation of bonus offers — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage across accounts, or structuring deposits specifically to trigger bonus conditions — constitute bonus abuse. takaba reserves the right to void bonus funds, withhold associated winnings, and close accounts where abuse is detected.

Promotional Offers: Seasonal and event-based promotions tied to the Bangladesh cultural and sporting calendar (including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, BPL season, and IPL season) are subject to their own specific terms. These terms will be clearly displayed on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is active.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and gaming activity conducted through the takaba platform. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are published on the relevant product pages and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Bet Placement: All bets are accepted subject to the maximum stake limits applicable to the relevant market. takaba reserves the right to impose individual account betting limits at its discretion, particularly for accounts where patterns of professional or systematic betting are identified.

Odds and Markets: Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change at any time prior to bet settlement. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform, the odds at the time of placement are locked and will not change regardless of subsequent market movements.

Bet Settlement: Bets are settled according to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body — for cricket, this includes the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), the International Cricket Council (ICC), the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), and other recognised cricket authorities. For football and other sports, results from the relevant federation or governing body are used.

Void Bets: A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the market's minimum completion threshold is reached
• The bet was placed on a market that was made available due to a technical error or incorrect pricing
• The event result is subsequently reversed or changed by the governing body after initial settlement
• takaba's fraud or integrity systems flag the bet as potentially suspicious in connection with a match-fixing investigation

Live Betting: In-play betting markets are governed by the same rules as pre-match markets. However, due to the real-time nature of live betting, takaba reserves the right to suspend markets at any time during an event and to void bets placed on markets that were suspended due to a technical failure during live play.

Palpable Errors: Where a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly and demonstrably erroneous — for example, odds that are materially inconsistent with the true market price at the time — takaba reserves the right to void the bet or settle it at the correct odds, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled at the erroneous price.

takaba is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimising the potential for gambling-related harm among our players. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms and are binding on both the platform and the player.

Player Tools: All verified takaba accounts have access to the following responsible gaming tools, available through the account dashboard at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit. Limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase an existing limit are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a set duration of continuous play. Automatic logout upon reaching the session limit is available as an opt-in feature.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend betting and deposit activity for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Cooling-off periods are activated immediately upon request.

Accounts confirmed to be operated by individuals under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, and any deposited funds will be returned to the originating payment source where possible.

Duty of Care: takaba's customer support team is trained to identify signs of problem gambling behaviour. Where such signs are identified, we reserve the right to proactively apply responsible gaming interventions, including account cooling-off periods, even where the player has not requested them.

All content published on the takaba platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software code, database architecture, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of takaba or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the takaba platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publicly display any content from the takaba platform without prior written consent
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the platform
• Create derivative works based on any element of the takaba platform
• Use any takaba trademark, logo, or brand asset in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by takaba
• Frame or mirror any portion of the takaba website on any other website or application

Any unauthorised use of takaba's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability. takaba reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

Content provided by third-party game studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is used by takaba under licence. The same restrictions on use apply to third-party content as to takaba's own proprietary content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, takaba's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows:

No Warranty: The takaba platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. takaba makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform or any content thereon. Planned maintenance windows and unplanned technical outages may occur, and takaba will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime wherever practicable.

Consequential Loss: takaba shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity.

Technical Failures: takaba shall not be liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control, including telecommunications outages, internet service provider failures, power interruptions, or hardware failures affecting either takaba's infrastructure or your own device.

Third-Party Services: takaba is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services integrated with the platform, including payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard) and game studio providers. Any dispute with a third-party service provider must be resolved directly with that provider.

Maximum Liability Cap: Where takaba is found liable to you for any cause arising from your use of the platform, the aggregate maximum liability of takaba to you for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments to These Terms: takaba reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the platform. The effective date shown at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Account Closure by the Player: You may close your takaba account at any time by contacting the support team via 24/7 live chat. Before closure is processed, any outstanding wagering requirement obligations attached to active bonuses must be resolved. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed to completion before the account is closed. You may request account closure for responsible gaming reasons at any time without penalty; in such cases, wagering requirement obligations on active bonuses will be waived.

Account Suspension or Closure by takaba: takaba reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity associated with the account
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Court order, regulatory direction, or request from a law enforcement authority
• Identification of the account holder as an individual who has self-excluded or is registered on a problem gambling exclusion database

Effect of Termination: Upon closure of your account — whether initiated by you or by takaba — all licences granted under these Terms are immediately revoked. Any balance remaining in a closed account at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with takaba's standard withdrawal procedures, subject to the outcome of any ongoing investigation where the closure was initiated by takaba for cause.

Governing Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation or interpretation dispute, the English-language version shall be the authoritative text.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and takaba with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
